Providers are sorted based on their overall scores with the best-matched provider at the top of the list.

- Service Level report shows the average time referrals stay in each phase of the workflow and calculates the following metrics for the practice and per provider:
- Process Time: the time between referral receipt and when staff schedules an appointment with the patient
- Wait Time: the time between referral receipt and patient’s appointment date

Referring provider offices without ReferralMD accounts can access the Refer a Patient portal from the customer’s website. The portal allows external referring providers to send referrals and documents to your organization electronically and securely. The website portal eliminates faxing and ensures that referrals are complete and include all the necessary documentation.
